These Terms of Use govern your use of Gamblock, a mobile app provided by Quentin Diebold as an independent developer.

Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Gamblock, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy at https://privacy.gamblock.io/privacy-policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Gamblock.

Age Requirement

Gamblock is intended only for users aged 18 and older. You may not use Gamblock if you are under 18.

What Gamblock Does

Gamblock helps you block selected apps or websites and uses game-based interactions to unlock or maintain blocking sessions. Gamblock relies on Apple's Screen Time APIs and device permissions to provide blocking features.

Gamblock does not provide real-money gambling, betting, wagering, casino services, cash prizes, or financial rewards.

No Medical Or Professional Advice

Gamblock is a productivity and self-control tool. It is not medical, psychological, addiction-treatment, financial, legal, or professional advice.

If gambling, gaming, app use, or compulsive behavior is causing harm, consider contacting qualified professionals or local support resources.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Gamblock lawfully and only for personal purposes.
• Provide any required Apple permissions only when you understand what they do.
• Keep your device, Apple ID, and App Store account secure.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, interfere with, or bypass Gamblock's services or third-party integrations.
• Not use Gamblock in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Gamblock may offer paid subscriptions through Apple in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat.

Subscription details, including price, billing period, trial availability, renewal terms, and cancellation options, are shown in Apple's purchase sheet before you confirm a purchase.

Apple Terms

Your use of Gamblock is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies. If these Terms conflict with Apple's required terms for App Store apps, Apple's terms may control where required.

If Gamblock does not provide a separate custom end-user license agreement accepted through Apple, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also apply:

Availability And Changes

Gamblock may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some features depend on Apple APIs, device settings, OS behavior, App Store availability, third-party SDKs, and network access.

We do not guarantee that blocking will be uninterrupted, error-free, or impossible to bypass. Mobile operating systems impose technical limits that may affect enforcement.

Intellectual Property

Gamblock, including its design, text, graphics, code, branding, and other content, is owned by Quentin Diebold or licensed to Gamblock. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Gamblock except as permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

Gamblock uses third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog, and AppsFlyer. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

Gamblock is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quentin Diebold will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or device functionality arising from your use of Gamblock.

Termination

You may stop using Gamblock at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation would create legal, security, or technical risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your place of residence where required by consumer law. Otherwise, they are governed by the laws applicable to Quentin Diebold as the app provider, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
